Professional Credentials

I am a graduate Computer Engineer and a Masters degree holder in Marketing Management with over 8 years of multidisciplinary experience in the domains of business process and requirements analysis, pre-sales support, project management, client servicing, business development, market research and 6-Sigma implementation, among others, for various projects in consulting, research and technology companies.

At different points in my career, I have been responsible for understanding the key business processes, business data and functional requirements of the users/clients in order to assess available options and recommend solutions, facilitating and coordinating communications, analysis and/or interpretation of data from diverse sources and spreadsheets, project management, working with sales and marketing teams in effort estimation, proposal preparation & project scoping, coordinating with the client and the technical team, providing process improvements for technical and other aspects as per industry best practice and ISO 9001 and 6-Sigma quality processes, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and technical viability, post implementation assessments.

I have also been responsible for business intelligence activities such as market research and analysis to identify markets and prospective customers for company products, preparing database of prospective clients, identifying partnership opportunities and managing partnerships, preparing bid documents and techno-commercial proposals, designing questionnaires for client satisfaction and other surveys, selecting, training and motivating the marketing support staff. 

My total work experience of over 8 years includes over 1 year in software programming, with the remaining time in business development, business analytics and project management.

I am currently based out of Calcutta, working as a senior level manager in one of the world’s biggest research and consulting companies. My current role involves functional consultancy and project management of an ERP project in the retail domain for a prestigious FMCG major.
